Privacy Policy

Reservation inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, the information you provide, such as your contact details, requested stay dates, and message, is used to respond to your request and coordinate with Cutbow Bend's property managers. An inquiry does not create a confirmed reservation.

Our website uses Web3Forms to deliver reservation inquiries. Information submitted through that form is processed by Web3Forms to deliver your message to the property managers. Please review Web3Forms' privacy policy for information about its handling practices.

Availability calendar

Our availability calendar updates approximately every three hours and may not reflect recent reservations made through our booking partners. All booking requests are subject to confirmation by our property managers. We do not share the private calendar feed or guest reservation details through our analytics events.

Optional website analytics

Where permitted under applicable rules, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to public pages and general booking-related actions, such as viewing availability information, interacting with the calendar, clicking reservation links, or successfully submitting a booking inquiry. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure activity. We do not intentionally send inquiry form contents, contact details, or requested stay dates as analytics events.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or where location cannot be determined, optional analytics are disabled unless you select Accept analytics. For visitors in other regions, analytics may begin without a popup where permitted by applicable rules. We use Cloudflare's approximate country information to select the appropriate approach; we do not use precise geolocation for this decision.

In all regions, you can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the public website footer. We also honor supported browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not loading Google Analytics. Your explicit opt-out takes precedence over the location-based default.

Google may process analytics information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Your consent choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it; you can also clear this preference using your browser's site-data controls.

External links and other services

Our website includes links to Airbnb, Vrbo, and other independent websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. Website hosting and delivery may involve Cloudflare services and ordinary technical logs necessary to operate and secure the site.
